Joe Moriarty, the CEO of Content Raven, is an experienced salesperson and leader with a strong history of increasing sales and motivating his teams. Joe’s background includes vice president and director positions in software companies, including VP of sales and marketing at Hybrivet Systems (later acquired by 3M). Under Joe’s leadership, Hybrivet gained national distribution in Lowe’s, Home Depot, Sherwin-Williams, and Walmart stores, and its products became the gold standard for lead detection.
Nancy has over 30 years of experience in higher education publishing and courseware. She has served in many roles including sales, editorial, marketing, and various management positions. The thread that runs through all of her work is a passion for helping people learn, grow and achieve their highest potential. Currently, as SVP of Sales Training & Development for Pearson, Nancy leads a team responsible for working with sales management to meet skill, professional and leadership development needs of the North American Higher Education sales organization. Prior to this role, she served as global SVP of Talent, Diversity and Mobility for Pearson, with strategic responsibility for helping corporate leadership build and execute on strategies to attract, retain and grow leadership talent across Pearson. For 10+ years she headed up a business unit in the Pearson Higher Education group. As President of Teacher Education, she led the acquisition, development and marketing strategies for products, services and technology solutions that serve K-12 teachers and administrators in both pre-service and in-service degree, certification and professional development programs.
